AI Automation, Data Analytics & Web Design for U.S. Businesses

By using the services of Northstream Digital, a trade name of BanTuPeople LLC ("Company"), you agree to these terms. All projects are governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed before work begins.

Services

Northstream Digital provides web design, AI automation, and data reporting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in each project's MSA.

Payment

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Balance payments are due upon project delivery as specified in the MSA. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom work product. Northstream Digital retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Washington.
