Terms of Service

Effective date: September 29, 2026

By using the services of Northstream Digital, a trade name of BanTuPeople LLC (“Company”), you agree to these terms. All projects are governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed before work begins.

01Services

Northstream Digital provides web design, AI automation, and data reporting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in each project’s MSA.

02Payment

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Balance payments are due upon project delivery as specified in the MSA. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

03Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom work product. Northstream Digital retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

04Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

05SMS Terms

Northstream Digital may send text messages to people who call our business line (360) 605-1616 and whose call we could not answer. Before any text is sent, the caller hears a recorded notice and can hang up to decline. Messages are customer-care only: a reply to your call and one-to-one follow-up on your request. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@northstream-digital.com.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

06Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Washington.
