What is Northstream Digital?

Northstream Digital is a U.S. agency based in Vancouver, Washington, and a trade name of BanTuPeople LLC. We build AI automation, KPI dashboards and reporting, and websites for businesses across the United States, and we run Northstream Academy, a one-to-one AI training program.

How long does a project take?

About 14 days for a Starter Site, about 21 days for Pro Business and about 35 days for E-Commerce. Automation and data projects get their own timeline in your proposal.

How does payment work?

The proposal is free, with no obligation. Website packages: Starter is paid in full at order; Pro Business and E-Commerce start with a 50% deposit and the balance is due on delivery. Custom automation and data projects are billed as set out in your signed Statement of Work. Payments go through secure Stripe invoices.

Do you sign a contract?

Yes. Every project is covered by a Master Services Agreement (MSA), e-signed online before work starts.

What is the client portal?

Your own secure space to follow progress, share files, send us messages and see your invoices. It opens once the MSA is signed.

How do I get started?

No. Northstream Digital is an independent U.S. agency in Vancouver, Washington. It is not affiliated with Northstream AB, the Stockholm consultancy that is part of Accenture, or with any other company named Northstream.
