Northstream Digital, a trade name of BanTuPeople LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our services.

• Name, email address, phone number, and business information when you place an order or contact us
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card data)
• Project files and communications within your client portal
• Website usage data via analytics

• To deliver services you’ve ordered
• To communicate about your project
• To send invoices and process payments
• To send service updates and review requests (you can opt out at any time)

03Mobile information and SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

We collect a mobile number only when you give it to us — when you place an order, complete an intake form, book a call, or speak to our phone assistant. We use it to reach you about work you have asked us to do: confirming an appointment, following up on a call you made to us, or reaching you about an active project.

Where we send text messages, message frequency varies and is tied to your project or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for assistance. You can also email us and we will remove your number.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that make the message or call work — for example our telephony provider — acting on our instructions and solely to deliver that message. They are never sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing.

04Data protection

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security). We use industry-standard encryption and never sell your data to third parties.

05Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of Washington State, United States.
