Questions and answers
What if I need more than a package includes?
Each package covers exactly what it lists. If your project needs more, such as extra pages, custom features or integrations, we send a custom proposal before any work starts.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom work we created for you, as set out in the Master Services Agreement. Third-party parts, such as themes, plugins or stock photos, stay under their own licenses.
Is hosting included?
Hosting isn't part of the packages. Your proposal sets out where the site will be hosted and what that involves. Every package includes an SSL certificate, and the Starter Site includes one year of hosting guidance.
Do you only build sites for businesses in Vancouver, WA?
No. Northstream Digital, a trade name of BanTuPeople LLC, is based in Vancouver, WA, and builds websites for businesses anywhere in the United States.
